Gauge: 6.5 sts to 4" on US 17 needle
You will need:

Size US 17 circular 16-24" needle
Jumbo stitch marker
Tapestry needle
Free Cowl Pattern
Cast on 45 stitches. Join in round being careful not to twist stitches. Place marker
Knit every row.
Bind off with relaxed tension and weave in yarn ends.
