The hat is worked from the bottom up in the round and the scarf is worked flat in one piece. The Pom-poms are made using a pom-pom maker. 

Completed Measurements:
Hat Circumference: 20¼" x 13" high with brim flat, not including pom-pom
Scarf: 12" wide x 72" long, not including pom-poms
 

You will need:

  • Hat: 1 skein Premier Puzzle Yarn (available on Amazon)

  • Scarf: 2 skeins Premier Puzzle Yarn (available on Amazon)

  • Size US 10 circular 16" needle

  • Size US 10.5 circular 16" needle

  • Size US 10.5 double pointed needles

  • Stitch markers

  • Pom pom maker

Gauge: 13 sts x 19 rows = 4” in Woven Rib st with larger needle
