Nebushawl - Easy One Skein Shawl Free Knitting Pattern

Create for knitters of all skill levels, this easy to knit shawl uses one skein of Berroco Nebula self-striping yarn - it comes in 10 out-of-this-world colorways, be sure to check them out.

You'll start in one corner and knit increasing on one side to create a diagonal striped triangle shawl. The finished results are amazing.

Skill Level: Easy!

Completed Shawl Measures: 48" across x 21" deep at center, after light blocking

You will need:

  • 1 ball Berroco Nebula Yarn (available on Amazon)

  • Size US 5 circular 24" or longer needle

  • Stitch marker

  • Tapestry needle

Gauge: 20 stitches and 42 rows to 4" in garter stitch (knit every row)

Shawl Pattern

Cast on 3 stitches

Row 1: Knit 1, place marker, knit 2

Row 2: Slip 1, knit to end of row

Row 3: Slip 1, slip marker, knit in front and back of next stitch, knit to end of row.

Repeat Rows 2 and 3 until only a few yards of yarn remains.

Bind of loosely and weave in yarn ends. Block lightly.
