Spring Sweater Knitting Patterns
Most of us think of knitting sweaters in the fall that will take us through winter. However, spring is the perfect time to knit a sweater and wear it all through spring, summer, and fall.
I’ve rounded up ten gorgeous sweaters that feature short or 3/4 length sleeves, simple details, and lighter weight yarns.
All of these patterns are modern silhouettes that you’ll love to knit AND wear.
But before we get to the spring sweaters, here are some other sweater patterns you may want to check out:

Donner is worked from the top down in a simple slip-stitch ridge pattern. The shoulders are shaped with short rows, angling them downward for a better fit. #8. Tune Pullover Tunic or Dress Knitting Pattern
Knit yourself a figure flattering sweater! This short sleeved pullover has A-line shaping and may be worn as a tunic or a dress.
Tune is worked seamlessly in one piece, from the top-down in reverse rib stitch pattern (to reduce purling). You start by working the yoke down to the sleeve separation. The sleeve stitches are then placed on hold, underarm stitches are cast on, and you continue to work the body in a slightly A-line shape to the bottom ribbing. After the body is completed, sleeve stitches are placed back on the needles to work the ribbing in the round from the worn-side. The collar stitches are placed back on the needle to work the neckline pleats and the collar ribbing from the worn-side, too.

This lightweight, bottom-up knit includes instructions for two necklines, optional bust darts, short or long sleeves, and a custom fit bicep. The design features a slightly cropped body and a split high-low hem in twisted rib, giving it enough detailing to be interesting while maintaining a timeless simplicity.
